Advance purchase is recommended, and ghost tours often sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting the day and time you prefer, please book well in advance. Tickets can be purchased online or over the phone with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

The tour generally takes between 90 minutes and 2 hours depending on the size of the group.

The tour covers 4 short blocks, equal to about one city block. It’s over flat ground, and it’s a stroll, not a hike!

Yes, this is a family-friendly tour. Children 12 and under can attend for a reduced price, and children under 5 can attend for free.

Most of the haunted locations are outside; however, we do have at least one if not more places that we go inside.

We do not go into the cemetery but you are more than welcome to visit during the daytime when it is open.

There is a lot of spirit activity around the haunted locations that we’ll take you to. We encourage you to take pictures as most of the spirit activity will show up on your camera. At the end of the tour, you’ll have an opportunity to share your pictures with the Tour Guide. While we can’t guarantee that you’ll capture anything, it’s very likely that you will!

Between 8:30 pm and 8:45 pm, the tour leaves promptly at 9 pm.

As long as it’s safe, we’ll go out. We provide our guests with rain gear in the event of rain.

Yes, you may bring your well-behaved dog. Our last stop is inside, and you can’t take your dog inside, but the Tour Guide will tell you the story outside.

Yes, the tour is wheelchair accessible, except that the last stop has stairs. The tour guide will tell you the story outside if you are unable to get up the stairs.

Parking can be a few blocks away, so you need to allow extra time if you need to park your car. There is a small parking lot across Caroline Street from the check-in booth. There is also a parking lot at Mallory Square and several lots on Greene Street.
